Are you looking to buy a used tiny house? Not sure if the house is of a suitable quality? Unsure of who built it and how it was constructed?
I have seen many tiny houses over the last several years and a fair number were really unsuitable for living in, towing down the highway, etc. Don't make that costly mistake. I'll check the house out for you in person and will provide a report of that inspection. Note: I'm located in the upstate NY area and travel to and from the location where the house is located will be charged at $0.50/mile roundtrip in addition to the inspection fee.
